Something Pretty Boutique. They sell OKNGN & Emma Knudsen!
Describe yourself in one word.
Driven.

Back to Europe because I didn't want to leave when we had to, but at the same time, I wouldn't be engaged right now if we hadn't have left lol.
What is your favourite activity in Penticton?
I love to walk/bike/run on the KVR trail! It's so peaceful!
What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you?
One time, when I was like 10, I thought a horse was pooping... it wasn't.
What is the most inspiring thing that has happened to you?
I grew up in a broken home and was around a lot of drugs and alcohol.
So I think the best answer I can give is my past.
I grew up not wanting to follow the poor footsteps that were laid before me and I made sure not to! I created a life for myself and now, I'm starting this online coaching business where I get to help women in their fitness & health journeys and mentor them. I get to have my dream job!
Tell us your favourite childhood memory.
This is going to be really boring, but playing Mario Kart on the N64 with my cousin every day after school. We were neighbours until I was 11.
Where do you volunteer or give back to in the community?
I don't do any volunteer work, but it's something that I'd love to do!
If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
The way women treat other women.
Where would you sneak away to in Penticton to spend some time alone?
Munson Mountain.
Where would you like to see positive change in Penticton and why?
I'd love to see more options for the homeless to have opportunities to turn their lives around. At least for the ones who are willing.ie) shelter, clothes, job
What do you think makes Penticton great?
The summers.
What are 3 things on your bucket list?
Quit my 9-5 and become a full-time coach

Facebook and Instagram.
What is the name of your business/organization?
Kadejha Johnson Health and Fitness Coaching - CEO of Team Fuel Your Fire with BeachBody.
Why did you get into/start this business?
I want to work on myself while also helping other women work on them and their own health and fitness journeys! Unlimited support from other people in the network. Coaching is my passion. Women empowering women. Earning potential, travel opportunities.
What is the goal of your business?
To help as many women as I can get healthy and fit (both physically and mentally).
What has been your biggest struggle either at work or in life?
Confrontation.
If you could start all over again would you do things the same or would things be different?
I believe that everything happens for a reason :)
What do you always find yourself saying?
SLAY.
Tell us your best piece of life advice.
You are not alone. There is, and always will be, someone who's going through the same thing or something very similar to you. Never be afraid to ask for help or for advice. You are not weak, you are courageous and you are strong.
If you could spend one whole day with anyone in the world who is currently alive, who would you select?
Chinae Alexander. She's a beauty and lifestyle blogger that I found on Instagram and her daily words of inspiration and motivation about life and the world are so astonishing and powerful.
She's a badass babe, and if I could I'd fly to Chicago this weekend so I could meet her at the meet up she is hosting there.
Why do you think it is important to shop locally?
Support local businesses! They get left behind in the dust otherwise because of the giant fancy corporations.
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Beating my addiction.
Give someone you think that deserves it a shout out and explain why!
Brandy Stock. She's fighting cancer for the second time and this time the result may not be as good as the last. She's absolutely beautiful inside and out and she deserves the world.
My choice for the PentictonNow In Focus spotlight is:
Emma Knudsen.
